This Tar Heel is Going to Take Duke to School

… or at least take our school to Duke.

Last summer was the end of an era for renowned consumer bankruptcy attorney O. Max Gardner III as he held the last ever Bankruptcy Boot Camp at his Lizmere South Mountain Farm in Casar, North Carolina.  We are now proud to present the beginning of a whole new Boot Camp era.  We are kicking off the 2013 schedule with a brand new Bankruptcy Boot Camp at the Historic Duke Mansion in Charlotte, North Carolina from January 18 through 21.

It’s the same classic seminar but we’re bringing it to an historic landmark where we can accommodate a larger audience at a reduced price. It includes all of the strategies Max developed in almost 40 years of bankruptcy practice culminating in his Bankruptcy Litigation Model (BLM).  The BLM is his complete, proven system for identifying and litigating those oft-missed creditor and debt-buyer violations occurring against your clients. It is the best way to assure the maximum protection for your clients while giving you the opportunity to generate more revenue per case, crucial at this time for consumer bankruptcy practitioners.

Attending the seminar will give you access to Max’s exclusive and confidential Boot Camp Listserv where he and his prior graduates collaborate to provide each other with the ultimate support system for their respective practices.  It also includes access to our state of the art online document library with a treasure trove of motions, letters, adversary proceedings, discovery forms and articles.  The document depository also includes hundreds of depositions and thousands of affidavits.

Located in the exclusive Myers Park Neighborhood of Charlotte, the Four Diamond Duke Mansion will provide the perfect setting for the intensive four-day Bankruptcy Boot Camp, with its high tech presentation equipment in their beautifully appointed meeting rooms. You can also choose to stay at one of the 20 unique guest rooms right in the Mansion at a special Boot Camp price.

Tuition is $4,995 and previous attendees get a $1,000 discount. You can register here.  You can also email us at info@maxinars.com or call us at (847) 562-5543 with any questions.
