GMAC Stops Foreclosures in 23 States

Lots of news today about GMAC’s decision to suspend foreclosures in the wake of the news that they filed thousands of defective affidavits in foreclosure cases.  Max’s view is that this is just the tip of the iceberg as far as defective affidavits being churned out by the foreclosure factories.
