PBS NewsHour Features our Securitization Seminar

PBS NewsHour has begun a periodic series on the foreclosure crisis. The first in this series can be seen below. Our recent special seminar on securitization and servicing is prominently featured in this piece which focuses on “faulty” bank documents. PBS was being kind. The term faulty may be substituted with bogus or fraudulent.

Max and two boot camp graduates, April Charney and Walter Hackett were interviewed for this piece. Our understanding is that an upcoming video will feature more interviews from the seminar. Note how Max explains his method of forcing lenders to the table to bring substantial and affordable loan modifications for his clients. This was the main point of the seminar in which Max and his speakers taught almost 90 attorneys how to do this with their own clients.
